3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Guarantee
If you purchase a Live Light offering and decide it isn’t right for you, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact dylan@missdylanjones.com within the 7-day period.

Coaching Sessions and Scheduled Appointments
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 business hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Canceled Events
If Live Light cancels a paid event or scheduled offering, participants will be offered a refund or an alternative arrangement.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
